1. Product type: hoodie, T-shirt, cap, tote or staff uniform piece.
2. Placement: front chest, full front, back print, sleeve print, cap front, side panel or label area.
3. Artwork: vector logo preferred, readable text, high contrast and simplified small details.
4. Production: confirm print or embroidery method, fabric color, size range and minimum quantity.
5. Fit for use: staff, event, school, creator merch, sports day, recruitment or retail drop.
6. Final review: mock up placement, confirm spelling, check color expectations and approve sample when available.
