1. The main message is readable in five seconds.
2. Body text, menu text and contact details are large enough at final size.
3. Color contrast works on print and screen.
4. The palette has a primary color, support color, neutral and CTA color.
5. Fonts are licensed or safe to use, and export cleanly.
6. Logo files are high resolution or vector.
7. Images are sharp enough and not stretched.
8. QR codes are large enough and tested.
9. Margins, bleed and safe areas are respected.
10. Mobile layouts keep CTA, forms and phone actions easy to tap.
11. A simple fallback version exists for small sizes, signs, stamps, labels or low-color printing.
12. Final approval happens on the exported file, not only the editable design.
