BizBee editorial policy

This policy explains how BizBee turns operational knowledge and external evidence into practical guides, and where we deliberately limit our claims.

Scope and first-hand knowledge

BizBee writes from its operational scope: document printing, artwork checks, proof workflows, stamps, delivery and print enquiries. We narrow or redirect legal, financial and regulatory topics to official authorities rather than presenting ourselves as specialists.

Sources and claims

Technical specifications and regulated claims should use primary or authoritative sources. Illustrative prices, timelines and examples are labelled as examples and must not be presented as live quotations or guarantees.

Review

Operational statements are reviewed by the BizBee operations team. A qualified external reviewer is required before a guide makes specialist legal, financial, medical or compliance claims. Until then, those claims are removed or the page is repositioned.

Updates and corrections

Guides show publication and update dates. We correct factual errors, broken links and obsolete recommendations when identified. Material changes update the reviewed date rather than silently replacing the answer.

Commercial transparency

Guides may link to BizBee services when the service is relevant. The educational answer must still be useful without purchasing, and a service link must never substitute for evidence.

AI-assisted drafting

Tools may help organise research or drafts, but publication requires human review for intent, factual support, duplication, internal links and usefulness. Prompt instructions, competitor imitation notes and unsupported claims are not publishable content.

Report a correction

Send the page URL, disputed statement and supporting source. BizBee will review the issue and update the page when a correction is warranted.
