How to order document printing

    Choose a PDF, JPG/PNG, Word or PowerPoint file. Review the processed pages; PDF is recommended to preserve your layout.

  2. Choose options and review the total

    Select paper size, colour, sides, copies and binding. Enter your Dubai delivery address to see available delivery options and the full price.

  3. Pay online and track your order

    Complete payment, keep your order reference and use the tracking page to check production and delivery status.

Same-day delivery: 29.00 when available, before any applicable area surcharge.

Next-day delivery is free when your print subtotal reaches 149.00 before delivery. Area surcharges can still apply.

Which files can I upload for printing?

Upload PDF, JPG/PNG, Word or PowerPoint files. Choose up to 5 files at once, up to 200 MB each and 400 MB per selection. Export Excel sheets and Google documents to PDF first, then check the resulting pages.

Can I print documents from my phone?

Yes. Save the file on your phone, choose it in the upload picker and review the processed preview before paying. Read the phone-printing guide.

Is there a minimum order, and is VAT included?

A minimum print subtotal of 30.00 applies before delivery; smaller print jobs are adjusted to this minimum. Displayed prices include 5% VAT. Paper upgrades, binding, volume discounts, delivery and any area surcharge affect the final amount.

Can I get same-day document printing in Dubai?

Same-day delivery may be available depending on your address, order value, selected finishing and the current service window. Check availability and the arrival estimate in the builder before paying. What to check for a same-day order.

How should I prepare confidential documents?

Remove content you do not need printed, resolve unintended comments and check the final exported file. Read the privacy policy and confidential-document checklist before sharing sensitive material.

Do I need an account to order printing?

No account is needed to place a standard print order. Keep your order reference and the phone number used at checkout to access order tracking.

Can I order custom stamps or join a print membership?
