Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Our Commitment
We stand behind the quality of our printing. If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right.
2. Cancellation Before Printing
- You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it enters the printing stage
- To cancel, contact us via email (support@bizbee.ae) or WhatsApp
- Refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method
3. Cancellation During or After Printing
- Once printing has started, cancellation requests are handled on a case-by-case basis
- If printing is already complete, we cannot offer a cancellation refund
- Contact us as soon as possible for the best chance of cancellation
4. Quality Issues
If your order has quality issues, we will:
- Reprint and redeliver at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund
Quality issues include:
- Misprints or printing errors (wrong content, cut-off text)
- Poor print quality (smudging, fading, streaks)
- Wrong paper size or color mode
- Missing pages
- Damaged during delivery
Please report quality issues within 24 hours of receiving your order, with photos of the issue. Email: support@bizbee.ae
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Orders cancelled after printing is complete (unless quality issue)
- Issues caused by the uploaded file itself (low resolution, formatting errors)
- Delivery delays caused by incorrect address information
- Orders reported more than 7 days after delivery
6. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@bizbee.ae with your order number
- Describe the issue and attach photos if applicable
- We will respond within 24 hours
- Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days
7. Delivery Issues
If your order was not delivered or delivered to the wrong address due to our error, you will receive a full refund or a complimentary reprint and redelivery.
