1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using bizbee.ae ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

BizBee provides online document printing and delivery services in Dubai, UAE. Users can upload documents, choose printing options, and have printed materials delivered to a specified address.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • One account per person or business entity
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

4. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and include VAT where applicable
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe
  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.
  • An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed

5. User Content and Files

  • You retain ownership of all files you upload
  • You grant BizBee a limited license to process your files solely for fulfilling your print order
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to print the content you upload
  • Uploaded files are deleted within 30 days of order completion
  • We do not review, share, or use your files for any purpose other than printing your order

6. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or request printing of:

  • Content that violates UAE law or regulations
  • Copyrighted material without proper authorization
  • Counterfeit documents, currency, or identification
  • Content promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination
  • Any content that is illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive

We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates these terms.

7. Delivery

  • Delivery is available within Dubai
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
  • You must provide an accurate delivery address. BizBee is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
  • Delivery fees, if applicable, are shown at checkout before payment

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, BizBee's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to BizBee in the 12 months preceding the claim. BizBee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Service Availability

We aim to maintain the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
